As you are navigating through the different Internet Marketing company websites, travel to the ‘about/our team’ pages and take a look. What do you see?
Do you see a bunch of older guys (with all due respect, yes, we do mean grey hair, suits and ties), or do you see a team of young, driven, ‘in the now’ type of guys?
In this digital age of smartphones, apps that can do everything imaginable, snap chat, facetwit (by the way, if you are truly living and breathing this digital age, which we hope you do, you will know that facetwit is not a real thing!), etc. – whom would you want on your side?
Older, grey haired marketers who more than likely still have a black and white flip phone (no offense to anyone who has those, we all loved them!), or the young, hungry guys who live and breathe this new age of technology?

A few other things to consider when you’re selecting the right team:
– Number of people on staff: you’ll want to work with a team that has more than 1 or 2 people working on your project. The more bright minds working on your behalf, the better!
– Are there web designers and developers on staff? If not, odds are they are outsourcing your project, which means it will take longer to get things done!
– Any bigger name companies in their portfolio? Odds are, if they work with the best, they are good at what they do!
